Welcome to the River Arts District (RAD), a vibrant community of over 700 artists, and artist-owned and operated collectives and galleries. Join us November 8 + 9, 10am-5pm for RADfest 2025, a two-day celebration of art, music, and resilience throughout the River Arts District. Explore open studios, galleries, and outdoor markets featuring more than 500 working artists and 100 displaced creators now back to making and exhibiting their work.
Enjoy live music and DJs, art demos, local food trucks, and family-friendly fun, all free and open to everyone. Experience the comeback of Asheville’s art community and rediscover that spark that makes the RAD unlike anywhere else.
